Alia Bhatt is a British-born Indian actress and producer who primarily works in Hindi-language cinema. One of India's highest-paid actresses, she has received numerous accolades, including a National Film Award and six Filmfare Awards. Born into the prominent Bhatt family, she is the daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and actress Soni Razdan. She made her acting debut as a child in the 1999 thriller 'Sangharsh' and had her first leading role in Karan Johar's teen drama 'Student of the Year' (2012). Bhatt established herself with critically acclaimed performances in 'Highway', 'Udta Punjab', 'Raazi', 'Dear Zindagi', and 'Gangubai Kathiawadi'.
