We read every message. We may not be able to reply to each one individually, but corrections and legal or privacy requests are always reviewed.
Corrections and factual errors
If a profile or article contains a factual error, please include:
the link to the page,
the exact line or fact that is wrong,
and, if you can, a link to a reliable source that shows the correct information.
We verify the source, update the page and record the change. Pages that are corrected are re-published with the latest update date.
Outdated information
Some details change often: career credits, awards, family news, and estimates such as net worth. If something on a page is simply no longer current, tell us the page and the detail, and we will check and refresh it. Where a figure is an estimate, we keep it labelled as an estimate rather than presenting it as an official number.
Privacy and removal requests
CelebPedia writes about people who are public figures because of their work, and we only publish information that is already part of the public record.
If you are the subject of a page and believe something is inaccurate, private, or should not be published, email us with the page link and an explanation. Requests involving personal safety, private addresses, private contact details or legal issues are treated as a priority.
Please note what we cannot do: we do not remove accurate, well-sourced information simply because someone would prefer it was not published, and we do not change sourced facts without evidence. If information is wrong, we will correct it.
Advertising, partnerships and licensing
For advertising, sponsorship, content licensing or media enquiries, write to the same address with a short summary of what you have in mind.
One rule never changes: advertising and partnerships have no influence on our editorial content. We do not accept payment to write, change, rank or remove a profile or article.
App feedback
Using the Android app? Bug reports, crash reports and feature suggestions are welcome by email, and you can also leave a review on Google Play. If the app shows an error on a specific profile, include the profile name or link plus your phone model, so we can reproduce it.
How quickly will you hear back?
We aim to review corrections within a few business days. Priority goes to factual corrections, privacy requests and anything with a legal deadline. General feedback, partnership ideas and story tips may take longer.

Do you accept guest posts or sponsored articles?
We do not publish guest posts or paid articles. Everything on CelebPedia is written and reviewed by our editorial team.
Can I send a tip about a celebrity?
Yes, but we only publish what we can verify against reliable sources. Send the information together with any links that support it.
Do I need to prove who I am to request a correction?
No. Anyone can report a mistake. We verify the information itself, not the identity of the person who reports it. For privacy or removal requests about you personally, we may ask for confirmation that you are the person concerned.
Is there a phone number or office address?
No. We work remotely and handle all enquiries by email, which keeps a written record of every correction request.
